So its based off of how long ur computer has been on? Could you theoretically delay the "on" signal from your computer so you could manipulate how long they've been on, say on two computers at the exact time, then try to force it? Would need to be nanosecond precise but who knows.
I actually found out after this video was recorded that its more complex than that unfortunately, so even if you have both start at the same nanosecond, you wouldn't be guaranteed the same seed :(
