Thanks for watching! Enjoy your trip. I did a similar itinerary a few years ago and had a fantastic experience. I love travelling to Asia and this ship will be a great way to travel and I’m sure you’ll have an amazing time.
Lovely cabin tour Pete! We're trying new cruiselines for the first time next year, Seabourn in January and Oceania in April and Silverseas is definitely on our wish list. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Thanks Angela. Sounds like you’ve got an interesting cruise year ahead. I hear nothing but good things about Seabourn and Oceania is the sister line to Regent who I also sail with and have a reputation for excellent food. Have a great time. I’m back on Silver Dawn at the end of May visiting Norway which will be new ports for me. You must give Silversea a try. I’m sure you would love it. Perhaps see you aboard one day! Merry Christmas to you and your family and wishing you a safe and peaceful 2023.
@CruisingPeter great to hear you've also tried regent! I've sailed with them twice and when I discovered silversea, I wondered how they compare? This cabin seems pretty similar in size and amenities to the concierge suite I had on the seven seas mariner when I last cruised in September of 22.
Yes, I think I would. I’m a big fan of the smaller ships but even so, with things like SALT giving a different dimension to the food offer and tailored to the region of travel, I think it’s a good option. The suites are a decent size too, so plenty of space for storage and I think Silversea also offer a number of perks for full world cruise travellers. It’s definitely on my bucket list!
Hi, there will normally be 1-3 formal nights depending on the length and itinerary. Gentleman can wear either a tuxedo or dark lounge suit with a tie. You can dine more informally at the grill on formal nights if you’d rather not dress up. (Or take advantage of the in suite room service served by your butler). Hope that helps. Enjoy your cruise if you have something booked!
Hi! Complimentary standard Wi-Fi is included in all fares/suite categories for one device (you can swap between devices but need to log out to log back in) and is suitable for basic tasks like email but can be very slow at busy times. There’s chargeable Wi-Fi available that states that you can use more bandwidth heavy task like video calls etc and more devices simultaneously but I’ve never tested it. I think the better Wi-Fi is also included as standard in some of the higher suite categories. I’ve read that the whole fleet is being upgraded to Starlink this year so hopefully that’ll improve things considerably. Hope that helps, thanks for watching!
Thanks for your great review. My wife and I will be sailing on her Hong Kong to Singapore March 2025! Look forward to it.

Gorgeous cabin thanks for sharing
It’s a great ship with good accommodation. Hoping I’ll be able to travel in one of the higher suite grades in the future 🤞🏻Thanks for watching!
would you do a world cruise on it

Are tuxedos still needed.

The beige colour scheme is depressing.
But so much better than the old reds and browns in my opinion but I guess it’s a matter of preference. Thanks for watching!
