The surface is ALWAYS the overriding issue with the low grades, and personally I think that's extraordinarily unfair.
Grading surface is always done by eye for a reason - if you're going to go right into a card with a computerized microscopic zoom then nothing will ever realistically BE a 10; and depending how deep the zoom, the score will continue to drop!
If they applied the same technique to edges, corners and centering, then nothing would be a 10 there either!
It's a flawed system for appraisal.
Another great vid keep them up, not sure what ace uses to look at surface of the cards but that seems to always be the reason my cards are getting lower grades, edges, corners and centring normally score 9 or 10 but at least you know the cards are getting looked at in great detail making them 9 or 10 graded cards more premium

Get a 10x magnifying glass with a light. You will be able to identify any surface imperfections before getting the card graded.

How are you this experienced in collectibles and handling newly graded cards like a 5 year old hahaha those slabs definitely got scratched.
They’re all sleeved, I mean it’s minor anyways like i said, Ace got the strongest slabs 🤷🏾♂️

How cheap and trustworthy are they? I ask because I'm thinking about getting some cards graded I've had for 5 plus years but I used to go to ludkins collectables but he's gone, not sure what happened. Also it being a UK based company makes it easier
They are super trustworthy! I have graded over 2000 cards with them and they are owned by the creator Randolph Pokemon so you know they aint going anywhere! You can grade with them for as low as £10 + use my code VIV for 5% off!

Dude, I get you have a deal with Ace but you're doing too much. An Ace 10 is not more valuable than a PSA 10.
I never said was more valuable, i mean its a stronger 10 / 9 than psa and there's no denying that. i grade more with psa monthly so i see the difference in grading standard.
Obvs value you can go ebay and check so why would I say that?

We always sell ace, havent graded much to sell with psa or ace recently but only 2 grading companies i sell. These all for my collection though
