First time hears a review on these but I have been using them for a week. Basically the skates check all the performance boxes in my opinion. I really do feel faster, more explosive and more stable. All in all they are amazing skates.
I’m not sure I never tried hyper lights . All I know is I do feel the performance boost from these. I feel locked in on when im turning and it really transfers energy from with each stride I take as in I feel more explosive and efficient.
More? No. Different? Yes. Different construction and stiffness profiles help cater to the different types of skaters. The Hyperlite 2 may be the most advanced skate in the entire lineup, but if you're a powerful skate who relies on stiffness, it will be the wrong skate for you.
@@jaipaulsethi6880 no problem! The Shadow's are an incredible pair of skates, but someone who's used to skating in Vapors may find them to be a little stiffer and more rigid than they'd like.
These look sweet but can you please do a review on the CCM Jetspeed FT690's? I found them recently on various websites and can't find any reviews on them. Are they a brand-new model? They look to have a bunch of high end FT6 Pro features for half the price.
We won't be doing a video review on the FT690's, but they are an incredible skate for the price. As you've stated, lots of higher end features in a performance priced skate.
We'd like to think (and stats show) our sport is alive and thriving! As for the price, it's a bit unfair to compare a basketball to hockey skates. Might make more sense to compare it to a $2 hockey puck. The good news is there are much more budget friendly skates for those looking to play. We offer Bauer skates starting at $130 if that's more suitable to your budget : www.purehockey.com/product/bauer-x-lp-ice-hockey-skates-senior/itm/44899-41/

Glad to hear. Keep crushing it!
I'm a fan of the power wrap.
Glad to hear!
Nice video. Is this skate more advanced than the hyperlite2? Thanks

Bauer's solution to revive this dying sport less and less people are caring about is releasing another thousand dollar skates. imma go play basketball
“Dying Sport” buddy even though the expensive of the game waves off many, Hockey growth rate has been the highest it’s ever been
They are worth the money. They are lint term investment. Skakes can last you 10!years or more if you take care of them.
