Hi, In six-layer board, when using Coplanar waveguide trace on the 1st layer. Can I place a +3.3v power trace under antenna trace (5th layer)?In the 2,3,4th layer, I have a ground plane under that trace.

Hi I would like to know that is there any relation between linewidth and gap width in CPW. the line width should be higher than the gap width always? Or If i design the width of gap and line, is it possible? Is it good or Bad? Could you lease let me know?

If your using true CPW the gap widths to ground plane dominate the impedance and usually have to be pretty tight for 50ohms. I would make the center line width 50 ohms microstrip then you can drop the ground planes and transition between CPW and microstrip without any reflections because they're both 50 ohms.
