There is a pressure release valve on the end of the fuel rail in the engine bay, other tutorial videos on this subject instruct you to release the pressure here first as the fuel line is under pressure the fuel is more likely to squirt everywhere and could get in your eyes if this is not done. Please be carful and even when pressure has been relieved you should wear saftey glasses.

Mine doesn’t have this release valve so at a loss what to do .

So no need to relieve pressure but no need for special pliers!
no you do need special pliers and you must relieve the pressure
well those connectors dont come off that easy you didn't even use the right tool !! I broke the silly Y connector getting my filter off
yep, broke my y connector as well... and those are nearly impossible to find online 😔
