Sentinel Prime a lot of the gaming community is multi player centric now. Not necessarily a bad thing. I do enjoy multi-player if it's done right and has a good community. But I do like single player games, I wish AAA titles had better campaigns to accompany multi-player. I do understand solely single player games has a hard time because there's only a finite amount of playing time. Wolfenstein throws in some replay value with the assassination missions returning to certain levels as well as combat simulations, bit those aren't for everyone understandably.

Not really. This game is bug-ridden to the point of being nearly unplayable. At launch most players described often having hard crashes at random or right before a save.

Watching ! Origins is definitely better bang for your buck, but personally, I'd rather get Wolfenstien II. Even though they took a year off, Assassins Creed still feels stale to me. The world itself looks amazing, it's just Assassins Creed that's boring now. They need to find a way to inject life back into that series. I usually don't like to see major changes to a renowned series, but Assassins creed needs it bad, in my opinion.
Triss Merigold all of that are nice opinions but... Wolfenstein 2 is only 12 hours and not replayable. Origins is highly replayable and 70 hours long with already 2 story dlcs planned adding another 100+ hours of gameplay
I completely missed out on Wolfenstein a few years back as I was sort of on the fence about it and decided to buy other games. However, I'm regretting that decision as from what I've seen this sequel genuinely looks great. I'm guessing it's necessary for me to play Wolfenstein: The New Order before playing this?

I'm halfway through so far and I love this game. The gameplay is well polished, fast and exhilarating if you want it to be. But above and beyond that the story telling is top notch. Great voice acting and well done cut scenes and character animations and character development.

I play this game as a stealth maniac and sometimes as a perfectionist so I can pass the whole level unnoticed
New Order was such a nice refresh to what old school gamers want. Doom followed up and we loved it. now the second installment makes me more excited. I don't give a crap about online play. This should be good!
Doom is simplistic rubbish, I couldn't sell it quickly enough. No stealth, no cover: utterly mindless trash. The new Wolfenstein (from New Order on): is the best FPS I've played. It's no coincidence that the cover mechanics are the best done I've seen on console, the fights are just so much more cerebral and skill based than Dooms, whilst having the same pacing.

About the only modern mechanic it had, post 1994 was...no it didn't; it didn't even have aim down sights for every weapon. Rage 2 has broken my heart [I briefly held a glimmer of hope], as it looks like it's more of the same.

I actually just played the first one only a few months back off a steam sale figuring "Ehh I'm feeling some brainless FPS gameplay right now" and than it slaps me over the head with an awesome story! Fricking loved it! Definitely going to get this one full price just to support these guys! The gaming industry needs to see that single player only games still have a place in this new... order... lol excuse me while I jump off a bridge

I've been craving a game like this!! About half way through and I'm excited to keep playing! It's refreshing to see a game that isn't focused on pay walls, dlc, endless grinding, and microtransactions. It's just a damn good story and fun. The way it's supposed to be.

Okay, one thing:
The German version of the game (the one I.. I.. I preordered) is censored. Yeah. All Nazi symbols are changed to triangles (wtf?!) And some things like "der Führer" is now "der Cancelor", wich kinda sucks, cause it takes some of the flare from the game, but yeah, thats how it is.. I guess.

Absolutely loved it. Finished the main story and am now working on the side and Enigma quests, and it's just straight up, Nazi killing fun. If you loved the New Order and Old Blood, you'll be so happy with this game. As someone who's been wrecking Nazis since 1995 when I first played Wolf 3D, playing Wolf 2: TNC is simply like a dream. A beautiful experience through and through, entirely worth the $60 bucks, no questions. I hope there's some good DLC as the way the story is right now, it could handle quite a bit more content. This game PROVES that the Single Player experience is not dead in 2017. It just has to be done right.
I personally loved this game, I was a little late to the party even it comes to Wolfenstein as I played The New Order only a few months before this was announced, but I was so pleased with with it I pre-ordered the collector's edition of The New Colossus as soon as I cold. And that is actually the first collector's edition of any game I've bought, and I was immensely pleased with it.

Just clocked it. Love this game. Like Doom 2016 it captures that fast paced balls to the floor action like nothing before. The story and characters however are amazing, really goofy but thought provoking too. My game of the year.

Just finished it and loved it!!! The only way in my opinion the first was better is that the nazis were way creepier, but I cared about the characters much more in this one.
This game is awesome, don't regret my purchase at all. I'm loving how many great single player games have been coming out recently.

I played the first game on PC (not a big gammer myself) and I was amazed by it. I was left feeling sad and nostalgic by the ending and can't wait to play this one.
Would you prefer Doom Or Wolfenstein Series.
To be honest, Wolfenstein. It's a lot more than just running and gunning. DOOM is excellent but Wolfenstein has a much better story, characters and more dynamic gunplay.

Help me out. I was disappointed by the new order. The chance of showing a post war world was promising. But the locations seemed samey. The story was great though. This one’s locations seem more diverse. I’m between these games:

Oh yes the story is one of the best and the detail they crammed into assassin's Creed origin is mind boggling small things such as walking through a skim top nasty water breaks loose or shooting or aiming you're bow by a open flame ignites the arrow and graphics are extremely gorgeous I myself not once enjoyed a AC game but this one is truly something special that everyone should get a sweet taste of

I was able to get the game a few day ago and I really enjoy it. The story is great and got some amazing twists, I really like it. And it's worth playing again because of the different decisions you can make!
Love this game. The gameplay does get a bit repetitive after a while, but you can vary it by mixing stealth and non stealth play. But the way the characters and environments are done is just incredibly cool. What a story… just crazy.
It stay fresh with the story, new weapons, weapon upgrades etc.

Then I always have this big shitton of stuff to play, and I can’t quit until I make at least some progress. I’m also a completionist, so unless There’s nothing more to do/ collect in the game, then It’s not finished to me

Definitely buy it’s worth it. I picked it up months back for 10 bucks during the E3 sale and was easily hooked and surprised by how good the game is. Story and characters are done really well.

Alright, just one question. I understand that the game is basically already out, but I really only ever use my Switch compared to my PS4 (which is basically an Overwatch/Netflix machine) so should I just wait for the Switch version since that’s my most used console or should I settle for the PS4 version? FPS and resolution isn’t a huge deal to me. As long as the Switch version can actually run well.

Replaying it in 2023 after a proper PC upgrade. Loved the story and the seriously polished camp, as I knew I would, and can confidently say this is still some of the best shooting gameplay you can find this side of Doom Eternal. So crazy satisfying to play I went and got the Freedom Chronicles just so I could have some more of it. Machine Games nailed it indeed. I hope we get a *proper* sequel some day.

I've always appreciated Wolfenstein games. I particularly like the fine craft of the "air ripple" shader effect. I was inspired by this in one of my games. Great stuff. Too bad I can't afford it right now :)

I have an important question before buying this game, the new order that came before it have graphic problems the image is very dark, its not from my pc this problem is in the game, i want to know if this new game have the same graphic problem
Playing the new order first makes sense, but do you also have to play the old blood? Should I buy it anyway or just leave it and buy the new order and the new colossus?
This game, along with doom, would be perfect platforms for co-op horde mode shooters. It wouldn’t distract to much from the single player aspect, and it would give players who love those games more to do once done with the campaign. I don’t see why games such as this and doom don’t do co-op horde mode, or a mode similar to COD zombies (but doesn’t have to be zombies)
