I could see this being very useful for sales teams when reaching out to leads. Great video, Brian!
Missed you! Another awesome one!
Thank you! Appreciate it 😊
Hi Brian, can we achieve the same outcome with Email Action in Flow Builder? What do we get with Flow Email Composer?
How would you go about hiding the email composer once the Send button has been clicked?
How would you go about removing the "," at the end of the collection variable?
Hi Brian. Thank you for this insteresting video. This video is doing half of my requirement: edit email before sending
You have another video that do the other half of my requirement: "Send Email Attachments With Salesforce Flow"
Is it possible to combine both actions? Send an attachement with a template that we can modify
How do you recommend to trigger this screen flow? Is it possible to trigger it from the standard Send Email button on Activity?
I haven't found a way to replace the standard email button with a Flow. You can add a button in the Action area at the top of the page or you can embed the screen flow on the page. I do this on a tab and name the tab Email to get it close to the standard functionality.
Thank you so much
You are welcome! Thanks for the comment
Hi,
Can we log sent emails in the email section of case object in place of log it in activity history section?
Please help me with this .
Thanks
That's a good question. I think the email will show up there automatically on cases. I could be wrong about that though. I recommend giving it a test and seeing how it works.
