    Great video! Do you know is there any way to set account owners to mass follow their account records?

      You could use a Flow for this. Whenever an Opportunity is created, the Flow would then create an Entity Subscription record relating the owner to the new record. developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.object_reference.meta/object_reference/sforce_api_objects_entitysubscription.htm

    Hey there! Quick question: if a Contact or Account has multiple opportunities (let's call them A and B), is it possible to see updates made in opportunity A reflected in opportunity B?
    By the way, great video!

    This video is GREAT: Im struggling to find the option Post to: This opportunity. I can only see the option to All with access ...:(

      Thanks Rodrigo! Perhaps you have Experience Cloud enabled? If you do, it gives you the option to post to just internal users or to all with access. Not 100% sure though.

    Great video. Our account manager & sales roles want the ability to use the +follow feature to follow cases as well as have a report/list view of all followed cases. Thoughts on how to accomplish?

    • @Rotive
      @Rotive  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! Reporting on chatter is pretty limited. Best bet is to add that follow functionality and direct your team to chatter feeds in the chatter tab. They can see updates from cases they follow there. It's more of a stream than a report though.

    One question: how do we add filters in chatter for example all posts, internal only posts , external visible posts?

    • @Rotive
      @Rotive  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I'm not sure we have that ability. Chatter feeds are limited compared to other records and lists in Salesforce. Have you seen anything saying otherwise?

    Thank you for the great content! Do you know if the email sent on @ mentions can be customized? like include a header and footer to it?

    • @Rotive
      @Rotive  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can customize those notification a little bit. It's very limited. You can only add footer text and your logo. Not much, but better than nothing. Here is a help article on it: help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.collab_admin_email_settings.htm&type=5

      @@Rotive thank you for your kind response! I did try out the logo and footer, however I wanted to know if I can add a html content in footer rather than a plain text and add a header as well. Seems like it is not possible at the moment! Thank you for sharing the link.

    In which object the files uploaded through chatter are stored in classic experience? It would be great help if you can reply

    • @Rotive
      @Rotive  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Crazy Vlogs, That is a good question. I think it's uploaded to the standard Files area and then related to the specific chatter post. Click on the Chatter tab and then go to Files on the left sidebar.
