- I have always wanted one of these things! It doesn't take much to make them loud and there is plenty of room for extra alternators and cubes in the cargo area for subs etc. It'll take quite some time to get it 100% perfect but when it is that's when the audioz will start to go in it. Headlights are automatic on those blazers. Hit the dom overide switch 3 times and it should turn the headlights off.
The lights staying on are daytime running lights, look them up in gm blazer/s10 forums. There should be a small module you can remove and not effect anything else.
There's a round button next to the lights switch, you push it in four times a the lights will turn of. They turn on when you realize the emergency break.

New subscriber here haha. I just got my Blazer Xtreme a month ago. and I love it. The only reason I bought mine was because these Blazers Xtreme are hard to find with no power windows. That's a big +. No sunroof and no rear wiper.
I got one. We're did you get the tail lights. Are they good ? And how much ?

the little round button above the fog light switch and in between the light switch.
press and release 4 times fast.you'll hear a chime and the headlights will turn off.hit it 4 times again and they turn back on.

Is it hard to find parts for this model? I.e rear and quarter windows, etc?
When you do the transmission a bit of advice would be to go ahead and replace the rear main seal. Since it will be accessible at that time.
Did you say if it has a 2.2l or 4.3l engine?
4.3 are junk motors every single one i have had them thron rods
no need for a rear main seal wtf...and loudizzzzle sounds like shift solenoid b
