HHS Children and Youth Resilience Challenge Finalist: Nate's Place, A Wellness and Recover Center

Nate's Place provides targeted programs for teenagers and young adults ages 13-25. To help participants achieve and maintain sobriety and stable mental health in a safe and healthy manner, Nate’s Place prioritizes prevention, early detection, and aftercare services through Peer Support Recovery Coaching, Healthy Replacement Recreational Activities, and Group Counseling and Education.
Nate's Place was a finalist in the national Children and Youth Resilience Challenge. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) launched the Resilience Challenge as part of President Biden’s Unity Agenda and Mental Health Strategy and an initiative of the HHS Behavioral Health Coordinating Council Subcommittee on Children and Youth.
