I always loved how the late Queen could impart discreet messages by wearing one or another of her brooches at specific occasions. She knew the history behind each one. I also think Queen Camilla should wear them more often. Queen Elizabeth II wore a different one every day.
I am sure Camilla will wear the most expensive ones, every chance she gets.

The Sovereign does not run the country - that is the job of the Prime Minister and Parliament. The sovereign reigns but does not rule. They do in fact have an important role in the constitutional processes of government, they are expected never to express political opinion. Her Majesty ran her household and her family according to a strict moral code and was clearly a woman of strong character with great integrity - something sadly lacking in Harry and his wife.
I love these broaches they are beautiful let’s just enjoy without any jealousy

Since I was fortunate enough to be in queen Elizabeth's Will I have to tell you I'm very touched that I got a few pieces too. The Grand Duchess Vladimir Tiara and the Burmese Tiara and her three strand pearl necklace that her majesty wore every day! Feeling sad because I miss her and yet feeling happy that Liz left so much to me!!! Absolutely priceless! Hey any time you want you all can hang out with me at Balmoral Scotland - yep got the keys to the castle too!! What a drag though - gotta share half of it with Princess Anne! Oh well - she better stay on her wing of the castle! Do drop by dears......❤❤❤🎉🎉😊

The brooch you're calling "Granny's Chips" isn't... The actual brooch contains the 3rd and 4th largest of the Cullinan diamonds and is worth something over £50 million.

I agree! But our new Queen is very sensitive to the public’s feelings and probably doesn’t want to be grasping and greedy . . . unlike someone beginning with M. who couldn’t care less whose feelings she tramples on.
I think she is working on finding her own brooch style, she didn’t wear them much before so I think suddenly wearing them would be too much too fast. Camilla is is also not wearing the same tiaras Her Majesty did, because they are not the right ones for her,instead she is bringing out some of the larger styles that have been in hiding since Queen Mary wore them
I sincerely like Her Royal Majesty QUEEN CAMILLA. I think she'll look wonderful once she finds the pieces she is comfortable with. Camilla doesn't flaunt - she is more down to Earth and she likes the country style more than city life just like king Charles - they seem relaxed and happy and strong together.
