All the videos are dope. But this one right here....maybe becauE of the struggle, the bad times, the lessons taught, this one right here is very beneficial. And it's not just about basketball. Well done Mr. Williams. TEN000HOURS.
Everybody that wants him to train him you don't need a trainer to become a better player work on yo game by yourself when no ones looking most people aren't fortunate enough to have dev or anyone as a trainer so most good players do it on their own so stop saying I won't get better w/o a trainer just go get better by yourself
I wish I had someone like you around to teach me since I've always been a talented and explosive ball player and had good height (6'1) but I never really the skills down, the coaching or the support to be great. But luckily I'm only 17 and can pick up where I was left. Now I'm learning how to train myself cause it's a lonely path out here. But anyways thanks for the vids and motivation and keep up the hard work. God bless #GoinPro
Just me breh I feels ya I'm 6'3 and 16 and really just trying to find consistent ways to train myself even though I have people around like Dev but unfortunately doesn't lots of time to help me respectively
Mon Dawg Yo get your explosiveness and weight up first thing. If you're like me basketball is the easier part, but once you get more explosive and strong the whole game changes. Also embrace the challenge of playing bigger players. I used to play PF, C, and lots of SF and I was 6'1, 150 lbs, but trying to guard 6'6, 220lbs guys totally helped my game grow. Just gotta learn the game and always know why you're doing something in the game and out of it cause I've learned to play PG now.
Mon Dawg Once you really figure out the type of player you want to be training gets easier. I didn't really know what I was doing two years ago, but realized ll the NBA players are strong and fast so worked on that more instead of only playing every day and started taking rest days. I also lift weights then go play with people or work on moves alone. There's really a lot you can do with 10 000 hours
Glad to see a black athlete as yourself comin back from hard times, and makin use of your life from scracth. This has nuin to do with race, but rather the potential and success coming from struggle. If you never struggled, you aint lived life.
I have to agree with dev about getting handles without the cones, chairs, or 2 balls. The best practice is just always dribbling and working on some of your fav point guards moves. God shammgod (1 of the best ball handlers in NBA history, look him up) said the same thing. I'm pretty sure Jwill (another one of the best ball handlers ever) used the same method; just 1 ball and hours and hours of dribbling day after day after day.
2 ball= coordination cones and chairs= imaginary defender not in place weighted ball= faster dribble harder pounds ball hog gloves/ plastic bag =tighter handle
raw video as usual....the way u break the game down is genius! keep the videos coming & hopefully u get bigger opportunities. ps- it would be cool to see the player's stats for the games if possible
Omgggggg thank you soon much for all the effort into this. Going to share everywhere before I watch it!!. Hope this gets on TV and goes viral @@@ #ten000hours #shifteam
Thanks dev, episode was cold!!! In part 2 PLEASE tell us how to combine all the stuff in games, e.g. make Christian not only a monster in the open gym but in games too! :)
Bro this series is amazing, this my third time watching it over and it really teaches you a lot just watching. I just wish you would touch on how these guys were doing in your more recent episodes
Loved it man, from the first episode of 10000 hours I've been a fan and pass this on to my fellow teammates. I watch almost every episode before every game to help me on the court mentally. Just wanna say Thank you and Great work on this, looking forward to seeing Part 2.
These videos are my motivation to getting better. I like how you show both strengths and weaknesses in your players. I would kill to meet you one day. Keep it up!
I respect these so much, I'm a young collegiate basketball player, I love watching the grind and the hard work. Everytime a new one comes along I tune in. It helps keep me motivated seeing these young guys.

Great work dev I'm loving these videos. It shows the reality of our journey in basketball in life. There's ups and downs most people only want to see the ups and not focus on the downs/bad days. But the process of growth is a beautiful thing. I'm a stay tuned. As a fellow hooper my goals are high but not outreachable....
These videos give me such big motivation and show me the true meaning of how and what basketball is. Thanks! BTW I'm buying your In The Lab hoodie, great design, love it.

This guy has a voice for narration.
He has the most boring voice not gonna lie
+Art Alaj I think I speak for a lot of people. I disagree.
keep it's a little boring but the film is mad nice tho
This is what narrative voice supposed to be like you idiot.
