I have one doubt..
I have 3 samples of cube and i got the compressive strength of each specimen greater than 15 % of the avg value of each sample
Is the test result is acceptable or not?

I think the word 'Fail' should not be used, rather use 'Fall"

21 mpa strength of 3 individuals is pass as avg. Is 25 and 25 *15%=3.75 and 25-3.75=21.25 which is higher then 21 so it is pass
But 25 *15%=3.75
25+3.75=28.75 and 29 is higher then 28.75 so it is fail
Please correct if I'm wrong
