I'm so impressed. The perfect setting for Ben to speak his part, and it was lovely listening to the producer speak his. Loved the last albums so this was great. Could have been an hour long. Thank you so much, it's appreciated!
Just what I needed to hear after 4 hours of mixing. Thanks Ben. Love how chilled and laid back this video is. The tip about being lazy and not letting other people's music persuade you is great
That deliberately lazy tip is powerful. From my perspective, I think what Ben is presenting here is the idea of being more mindful/ present. Our society has cultivated this really unhealthy approach to (boredom) which is literally a state of thought and reflection which, in my opinion leads to creativity. With that said, goodbye TH-cam! lol
hello everyone. as a guitarist, i would like to confirm the point of being lazy first and foremost. there is a difference between "being creative" and the craft of "improving guitar playing". Being lazy is so important if you want to be creative. it's a bit like quenching your thirst. You drink a glass and the next day you reach for the exact same glass, but it's empty. and maybe you catch a drop, but it doesn't satisfy. (metaphor king). I realized way too late that I don't always have to have ideas when I'm sitting at the guitar, which led to such a high level of frustration that I doubted for days that I was even "the right one" for the guitar. crazy mindset...

Amazing, 5:05 should be a way everyone approaches music, it's beautiful thinking about it. Not forcing it but gathering it, truly amazing Ben, also your such a beast learning and singing your songs as been such a good damn pain in my ass f you. JK
LOL! 1 month ago, I wrote under Bens new music-piece, that I wouldnt be surprised if he lives a life without media etc. And now hes saying something very similar. or did I understand it wrong?
He didn't say so. But he definitely said that he makes conscious decision about limiting the general world clutter and entertainment around him in order to being able to be creative.

Is it me or does Ben randomly look younger here
Ben is always breathtakingly beautiful
I think you're right, his skin is almost glowing lol
It’s what happens when you don’t spend all day focusing on the worlds social media!
Is there anywhere we can watch the whole episode (with video)?

❤❤❤www
But by not listening to advice, aren’t we in fact listening to Ben’s advice? 🤔
Technically him saying "don't take any advice" is advice in and of itself, so perhaps one should take advice?
'promosm' 😜
