This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. I married a Filipina after knowing her for only two weeks during my vacation. Sunday is our 38th anniversary.
Many do this but not many last even a year. It is a reckless thing to do and is not recommended. SE Asia has many countries not just the Philippines, you should visit Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and others. Try the food, check out the hospitals, all of them are cheap, but some cheaper than others and that goes for the bar girls too. If you are missing your lost love when you arrive, you will be crying as you have to board your plane home because you will miss the new lifestyle you have experienced. It will cure you of all Western women, and you will be back in SE Asia within three months. 😉
Married my Fiipina wife 3 months after meeting. I'm proud of it now. In their culture, no games, no fooling around, no "hard to get", no "take it slow", you meet each other, you like each other, [love comes over time], you just do it. Get to know her family a bit; opens your eyes to possible scams. We're happily married for 26 years with two wonderful sons.

Apparently everywhere the people who penned this video go. The women are beautiful with a great wit and sense of humor. I've been to most of those countries and whilst it may be easier to get a smile out of women than wherever your from, the women aren't always laughing and cracking jokes with you. Women aren't funnier than men they don't want to risk it and communicating humor in another language is one of the last things you master in another country. Most don't speak your language that well. I crack most of the jokes where I'm living (Cambodia).
