Hi Sharon Thank you for sharing your valuable experience. I'm curious if you have any trouble to getting new loans as you are acquiring more properties and if you know if any solutions if you come to that stage that you are unable to get loans from banks?
So my ex gf broke up with me after 4 years because I lacked the growth and now I found out she’s like hanging out with a bunch of dudes and all these supposedly guy friends simping on her are giving helping her with info and she’s making a ton of money in under 3 weeks. She claims she’s investing properties with these so called friends, fixing them and renting them out. (Power of women) how do I utilize an investment loan without income (lost my job) or even bad credit w/ no money down. And by generating income through these properties by rental. Like what lenders would help someone like me? I really want to show her up been having sleepless nights trying to change and grow.

Why paying full price if you can get a loan for the fifth one? Always better to not spend all your gun powder :)
