Great video! It's hard to believe that I'm starting my fourth week in Buenos Aires. I'm trying to organize may paperwork to obtain Argentine residency. Most documents now need to be apostilled which can only be done in the country of origin. What a palava! I'd advise anyone planning on immigrating to Argentina to have all of their paperwork completed before entering the country.
You need to be living in argentina for one year and You can get the ID , documento nacional de identidad plus one year more in order to get the passport, no money for the ID , but for the passport yes

Argentina tiene episodios de inseguridad y hay lugares donde una mujer puede caminar sola y otros lugares específicos donde no debería ya que es inseguro. Pero los niveles de inseguridad están dentro de los rangos normales de una enorme ciudad como buenos aires. En general una mujer puede andar sola, no hay ningún problema, pero con ciertas precauciones, sin caer en la paranoia. Es probable que haya gente de mí país que exagere, pero argentina, y especialmente Buenos Aires, es segura, comparada con otras grandes ciudades de Latinoamérica y del mundo. Las grandes ciudades del resto del país como por ejemplo Córdoba, Mendoza o Rosario, pasa algo similar. Es probable que te digan que Rosario tenga problemas con gángster de la droga, pero de ninguna manera se la puede comparar con un cartel como el de Sinaloa, en México, por ejemplo. En definitiva Argentina es segura, y es más segura si la recorres con alguien del lugar que conoce bien cada sector de la ciudad. No dejes que algunos paranoicos compatriotas míos te asusten. Disfruta el país pero con cierta precaución, es todo. Saludos!

You may be able to do it online (but with paying a higher fee) it may be worth wild to check some online options!

Argentina tiene episodios de inseguridad y hay lugares donde una mujer puede caminar sola y otros lugares específicos donde no debería ya que es inseguro.
