    Before my father passed away, I met his lawyer who was a friend of a friend. The first thing he told me was he was sorry about my Dad, but then as we were talking he said, "You know, I just got a murderer off clean-free because of a technicality." It has stuck in my head ever since. Imagine, there are people who have committed horrible crimes right up to murder and they are walking free because a cop didn't read them their rights or stuff like that. It's not fair; life is not fair---

That's it, it's all about money. Trump had to pay over 80,000,000 dollars to a rape victim. This is outrageous. He is so unAMERICAN and to have someone so vile and a liar and so ignorant in The White House makes you wonder if there really is a God. Would God want America ruled by a would-be dictator? 15 years seems like a long time to stay out of trouble for a lot of people, especially for someone who might've lived a fairly crime-adjacent lifestyle prior to getting put on probation

    This was the most ridiculous case I’ve ever seen. Had this been a fed case, Young Thug would be doing 25-life.

    • @libanscekei8942
      @libanscekei8942 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +26

      He wouldn't have been doing anything because there was no evidence in the first place. That's why the trial was so sloppy. There is a reason why the previous Georgia DA and the feds refused to pursue a rico against thug.
      All this case has done is made fulton County look silly.

    • @oliviatree
      @oliviatree 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +19

      The feds would NEVER have brought this case. It was only brought by Georgia because of their loosy goosy RICO statutes (where anything can be a RICO case) and Fani Willis needed to impress the urban voters of Atlanta. Why they reached a deal now is because Fani's opponent promised to commute Thug's sentence immediately. Fani had to do something on this laughable case. This was the middle ground. Fani can still say she put a felon away...and let him go at the same time.

      Feds wouldn’t have taken it with just lyrics as evidence. They don’t move until they got your recorded committing every crime they’re about to bring.

      100% a win. Even though we all seen the mistakes made by the state and some of their bs you never know what a jury is going to do. This was a W for sure

    I love seeing outcomes like this. When a judge shows compassion and gives a man a chance to be better and do better it is truly inspiring. All hope in our system is not yet lost. It does not matter what he does with this chance. I truly hope he does better and is better. The important part is that chances are given to people who make bad choices. Good luck Young Thug I hope you inspire and succeed.
