I know it is popular and easy to create videos showing people how to press buttons, but is this really the most useful technical content?
I WOULD like videos on things like changing the 4-20 mA signal from active to passive, since this requires some dis-assembly of the meter. It would be helpful to have technical comments given when preparing for required instrumentation changes. Example: "Active" = meter supplied voltage. "Pass.ive" = Externally supplied voltage

    Hello,
My query is regarding Promass 80 which is installed in marine application for Nitrogen flow measurement.
The display on Promass 80 is correctly displaying the flow rate in Nm3/hr for varying flow. But the external output from the transmitter (Hart system), to the control cabinet, is always 3.5 mA, whatever may be the flow rate. Therefore we are receiving 0 m3/hr reading on the control panel monitor always.
Can you please guide on what to be checked in the settings, to get a varying 4-20mA signal output.
(PS: When navigating through the Group selection, there is no option as "CURRENT OUTPUT 1" )
