After using screen protective, are they still water proof? Can we use it under water?

You can take gopro deep under water only if you have water proof casing but if its not that deep then it not a problem the casing is not a problem it will stick forever as long as you not peel it

No it wont it is there just to prevent scratches on your camera

I applied the wet and dry wipes on the front screen of my brand new gopro hero 11 and it made so many micro scratches all over the screen.... I was so upset...

It might have existing sand or you should not apply excessive force when wiping it
