      Sorry, I'm not sure what context? Movement, clean food and water, purpose, and some form of practice that quiets your mind are all very beneficial for helping you move out of dark periods of life.

      Distractions work best with intrusive thoughts. Watch feelgood tvseries/film and listen to music you like. Practice listening to your intuition, by following your cravings, make sure you eat enough every day - don’t undereat. Your body knows what it needs (don’t listen to your brain).

      Something that helped me was every time I caught myself having a negative thought, I turned it around and rephrased it to a positive. Start small - you'll find it getting easier and easier. ❤
