Distractions work best with intrusive thoughts. Watch feelgood tvseries/film and listen to music you like. Practice listening to your intuition, by following your cravings, make sure you eat enough every day - don’t undereat. Your body knows what it needs (don’t listen to your brain).
Something that helped me was every time I caught myself having a negative thought, I turned it around and rephrased it to a positive. Start small - you'll find it getting easier and easier. ❤
