Sorry, I'm not sure what context? Movement, clean food and water, purpose, and some form of practice that quiets your mind are all very beneficial for helping you move out of dark periods of life.
Distractions work best with intrusive thoughts. Watch feelgood tvseries/film and listen to music you like. Practice listening to your intuition, by following your cravings, make sure you eat enough every day - don’t undereat. Your body knows what it needs (don’t listen to your brain).
Something that helped me was every time I caught myself having a negative thought, I turned it around and rephrased it to a positive. Start small - you'll find it getting easier and easier. ❤

Life contains the full spectrum of emotions. Can you kill without hate? I don't know. I do know that holding onto hate and never offering redemption and forgiveness hurts the host more than the person it's withheld from.
You can't have Agape Love in Your Heart if you're trying to kill someone no matter what the reason

So what happens after the heat death of the universe? Does all consciousness cease?
Interesting question. My understanding from Jude is that our finite Universe is born from an infinite backdrop, which leads to the more spiritual understanding that nothing ever is born or dies within the infinite. We require the finite to have experiences, form and contrast in this dimension. After listening to many NDEs and looking at the research, it certainly appears that we go on and on in many dimensions. A similar embodied understanding I've had personally during meditation.
