I made this movie with my brother Van in 2003. It was a pivotal film in my career, before this was released online no one had ever seen anything I'd made. This movie recieved a crazy amount of press and was a bit step in my career.

Its cool how he still has the exact same style of video editing and its still relevant.

Its why hes so successful now imo. He's always had his own unique original style and has never changed it or had influence so its always maintained consistency and has always stood out. This eventually led to him becoming big on TH-cam because of his content being very refreshing from other people. What i'm trying to get across is that I'm glad its all worked out and shows how far you can go when you're that passionate about something
I would say he popularized that style to TH-cam itself.
I always used to think vlogs are lazy and uninspired and low brow content in terms of thought and effort going into making them. And I still do.
But Casey is an exception. Hes brought a unique personality mixed with good satisfactory presentation to the entire genre. Really changed the face of vloggng.
Even the audio goes between quiet and loud haha
Technically it’s a hybrid between a TH-cam vlog and Wes Anderson

In the 1960s there was an idea in cinema called "Smell O Vision" where they actually tried to incorporate smell into film and tv. It never really caught on and now of course is only seen in some IMax style theatres.

Apple is known for Planned Obsolescence, which is the deliberate action of shortening and debilitating a tech's lifespan so what you HAVE to purchase a newer piece of tech sooner. Soldering ram is on laptops is another thing apple has been doing in recent years too
***** it has always been in Apple's creed to do it. Samsung didn't do it until recent years, when they went for the unibody design eliminating the capability to change battery and memory

Well, seems I owe you many thanks. I've had my iPod Classic 160 GB since 2008, and it still recharges and works like a charm. Wow. Sometimes a public campaign can improve things. Merci.
So he’s always had terrible handwriting even after all these years. Other than that my IPod first generation still functions with 8+ years of use and 20+ years of existence. He was likely charging it wrong and blowing his own battery like many did

I had a 5th generation, so 2005 - a little newer - that still works. Sure it's "upgraded" compared to a 2003 ipod, but 9 years does kinda make a mockery of 18 months. Frankly the latest movie on top of this one just paints the picture of someone who is attaching themselves to the apple PR machine to suck off whatever publicity they can.

Battery on my iPod classic has lasted... 6 years now with no problems whatsoever? Things been dropped, stomped, scratched up to hell...

It's 2019 and the battery of every Apple's product is replaceable. I think Casey contributed to this a lot.
They changed their policy within two weeks of this being uploaded back in 2003.

That’s because airpods series is important to keep the devices safe. As you know, batteries are pretty sensitive with shock. It can be exploded in some situations. Imagine you’re wearing it and explode.

I saw this video on the Neistat brothers channel, I remember watching your show when it was on HBO too. How come you don't work with your brother anymore?
They screwed my wife over so many times, in the pc world they sell parts for $14 apple sells the exact same part for $250. It kills me to pay $100 for $5 of extra memory or products without expansion slots. Steven Jobs said in his book "people are idiots!", I love apple design, just hate being treated like an idiot! Daughters $1200 3 year old macbook air had a broken hinge after figuring out the cost of apple fixing it i ($5 part, maybe hour of labor) she bought a dell Windows 8 PC for less than it cost to fix and loves it! You'd think Apple (or good design) is quality until you see the dark side, then you realize hardware is the same but software is amazing ... they to make things easy enough for my parents to use. They brought technology to the ... idiots??? lol ... and that's gotta be worth something!

This is bullshit pure and simple. The iPhone 6 black market video is pretty good, but this is just stupid. the battery in my iPod 3rd gen from late 2003 still lasts for 45 minutes and it's 11 years old...
My mom has that version of that iPod and she still has it today it works perfectly

I sure do wanna do this to one company SONY XPERIA I am still piss that Sony's marketing is very misleading the Z3 compact is one unreliable device Waterproof my butt I barely submerged it in water and the phone broke after 5 months the phone broke and water didn't even enter in the phone I don't know what broke it now my device has no backlight it works but I'd have to get a flashlight to see the U.I. a month later after being broken it vibrated for 2days non stop until the battery died
