I found your channel about a week ago and have been watching your videos on your LJ . I like your content and I just subscribed to your channel. I have a problem with my 03 TJ that the blend door for the vents will start off on the floor and then move to the vents. After a while it will move back to the floor on its own and then back to the vents. So what I did this past winter was to order all new actuators and also a used complete a/c box and I rebuilt it completely with the new actuators and A/C evaporator and heater core. I went as far as to refoam all the blend doors as well. I have not installed it yet because of the hot temps outside but will do so this fall. Take care and catch you on your next video. Dave
