In photoshop you can save a 3D layer as gltf and import it to blender. Works well

I just finished the drawing and vectorization part of this fun little project and it’s been great so far! Just a note though I accidentally figured you can vectorize your image in photopea, just make sure to click on your image first, then “image” in the top row, next “vectorize bitmap…”, afterwards you can change the number of colours to “2” instead of the default “20” and finally just click ok.
If you got this far you’ll see on the right a couple of paths (the site’s nickname for “layers”), if there are holes in your design you might need to subtract them to get everything looking right; click “layers” from the top row, then in “combine shapes” click “subtract”.
God this is a lot lol, actually doing it doesn’t take that long but verbalizing it makes it sound a bit tedious.
