Not the whole day maybe a few hours if you want, I remember it was a pain in the ass. I didnt have a breaker bar at the time but having one would of probably made it much easier to get off, that is what I would recommend. Thanks for watching!
Hey I bought a rsx base with this exhaust too. Does yours scape on the ground when going over speedbumps or stuff like that? Mines lowered so it could be due to how low it is.
Hey thanks for watching! I am not very low so I usually don't scrape ( I have a handful of times) so yea it might be the ride hight. But the scrape is worth the low life!
It did not burn my bumper personally. Before buying it, I researched and saw that it would burn some peoples bumpers. idk if maybe only if it is aftermarket. I read that longer exhausts hangers can help if it does start burning. There is also this guy, his Instagram name is carbonPCF he makes and sells carbon fiber exhaust heat shields to prevent burn
I dont know much about the Yonaka to be very honest. My HKS I have had for a while now and I have had no issues. HKS also makes two exhausts, one specific model if your running boost/ Higher horse power so I would recommend go with what fits best with your build or what your end goal is. Let us know what you pick and how it is though!!!! Good luck!
No, Not in the lower RPM or when driving around the city. There is moderate drone on the highway for sure when your in higher RPM but I think its tolerable/ not that bad. I did try out the silencer at higher RPM a few months after I made the video, If you put the silencer on there isnt much drone even at the higher RPM
I just checked the link, I believe the issue is that they are out of stock at the moment. Other authorized dealers may still have a few in stock or you can wait to see if they restock on amazon. I am sorry that stocking issues are holding you from your build though I feel that pain lol Its the HKS 32003-BH002 Hi-Power Exhaust though if you find it somewhere else
Yes the HKS exhaust that is listed in the description will work for an 2006 if you are making 400hp or more though I would recommend the 32003-BH004 model. If less HP than that then the BH002 model from the description is good
Great video! does the sound at the end of the video do the exhaust justice?
does not do it justice at all. It sounds much louder and deeper in person for sure!
@@garagebuilt6513 nice I need one
@@saiyangodkev5522 recommend for sure

what bolt size is the muffler? and do I have to wait a whole day to let the wd-40 soak in? and how hard was it to remove the bolts?

We're you able to install that with the stock rsx manifold?
yea I was! no issue at all
By any chance, does anyone know if the exhaust is stainless steel, it looks like it isn’t
On the HKS website it states that it is coated stainless steel. Hope this helps!
