That`s OK, David, about the line mess because it is Guide Recommended. I was absolutely shocked that you deviated from tradition when spooling up the reel with backing line. The Arbor knot is used at the reel, the Albright Knot is used for backing to fly line connection, that terrible loop on the other end of the fly line is cut off and a Nail Knot is used to connect fly line to Leader, then the Surgeon`s Knot is used to connect leader to tippet and lastly, either the Improved Clinch Knot or Uni Knot for attaching fly to tippet. I hope this breech in Fly Fishing Etiquette will not happen again. I hope you know I am joking. I really, really enjoy your channel and the information you freely share with anyone interested in Fly Fishing with its many nuances. Thanks for taking the time to make these great videos.
