I LOST 15 KG in 3 months in 2020 lockdown without the help of any trainer. I ate ghar ka normal khana. And yes diet is most important for our body. I do yoga, cardio, and workout and One day for rest. And yes you motivate lots of people even I will start my fitness journey again. Thank you and please respond to this comment love you

When ever i start working out seriously or stop bringing from outside my upper body looks like i am starving my self and and lower body as it is and my face looks so aged looks like i am aging rapidly if u have any solution for this kindly discuss in your next video
