Fun fact: Nihon Gendai was made up of personnel from Tsuburaya. That’s probably why the effects work is so fun to watch.

I think Your narration could be better as it just sounds a bit quiet and awkward in delivery, but the information seemed legit and you sounded like you knew what you were talking about.
I haven’t seen the original red baron(plan to eventually), but mach baron from the footage seems really cool and those robot costumes are excellent.
Thank you! I really appreciate your feedback. Yeah, I'm still working on the narration part and could a better job with the delivery and volume. I'll keep working on it! Hopefully more recent videos show progress against this one. Generally, I'm trying to balance being authentic to my normal voice and being able to pronounce words properly. (English is my 2nd language).

You are wrong. Super Robot Red Baron was not cut short it was actually extended past its original 26 planned episodes.. They had to invent a new enemy because they had killed off the old one, and two of the good guys died as well, because their contracts had expired. They had to replace the team leader with the same actor who had previosly stared in Kaiktesu Lion Maru and Fuun Lion Maru.
Do you have a source with this info I could check out? I don't recall running into that info when doing my original research on the series on various Japan-based websites and resources. Thanks!

This show was inspired by the success of Mazinger-Z and Super Robot boom of the early to mid-1970s. That's probably why it feels familiar.
