It helps to work at home. I was promoted to a leadership position so I have to work with a group of leaders. In our morning meetings which can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour I am almost always quiet. I do not add to the conversation unless I'm asked the question or if I have a question that can't wait. I will usually Skype one person who I trust will accept me and I'm kind of dependent on them to communicate to the group what it is I need. I mustered up the courage to share something with the group but it proved to be a disaster. The response was not good and I have vowed to never try to put myself out there again.
