- Hello friends!!! Today I have a pattern for this fixed front shorts that are perfect for summer! In this pattern drafting tutorial. I showed the easy way to draft a fixed front shorts. This pattern drafting tutorial will guide you step by step how to draft this pattern to your body. Also in this video, the proper way of laying out the patterns on fabric, pinning the patterns, marking and how to cut the fabric.
In my next video I will show you how sew this shorts.

Marami akong pinanood na tutorial videos dito sa youtube kung paano gumawa ng pattern para sa shorts pero tanging itong tinuro mo lang ang tumugma nong i draft ko na sa manila paper.. walang tabingi sa sukat ng front at back pattern. At hindi magulo yong mga sukat. Yong iba kasi magulo at sila lang din nakaka intindi ng tutorial nila...

Hi! I said that before I started in laying out patterns on the fabric. Cotton twill, chambray, soft denim and other cotton fabric are suitable for this project. I hope it helped. Thank you!

Hi how do I calculate the waistband please?
Hi! To calculate the waistband, you just use your waist measurement, then add 2" for seam allowance and for the width of the zipper placket

Hi! The same pattern po, bale wala lang pong zipper fly placket. Pwede pong invisible zipper ang gagamiyin kung ilalagay sa side. Salamat po sa panonood!

Hi! Pwede po, measurements lang po qng maiiba pati yung cut ng bottom width, magdadagdag ka lang. Pati sa hips, medyo maluwag ang sa male. Nasa channel ko rin po paano tahiin po iyan. Salamat sa panonood!

Hello Mam! Yes you can use this procedure in drafting pants, you add the measurement of the knee and nottom width, also the leg, if the model has wide or big leg. There are no seam allowances included, but I showed it in laying out patterns on the fabric. I hope I answer all your questions. Thank you!

Hi! Yes that is pt. G 3 1/2" from pt. D, for shaping the front crotch. And from pt. F to get pt. H, 3/4" to the left. I hope it answers your question. Thank you!
