Great ideas. Spent time with my grand daughter this weekend. Had a sleep over. Put lotion on and did hair and nails. Lots of fun. You don't have to spend a lot of money or go to a spa. We did our own. Lots of telling funny stories and giggles. I collect old door stops. They add interest to my home and always start a conversation.
I use the rocks I collect and use them at the end of my downspouts in my garden like Little Rock gardens and they keep the dirt from running off I like smooth solid oval rocks in pure white or black 💗
Adrienne, I love the idea of a love corner in the bedroom, makes so much sense! I would love to get more visual ideas of what this could look like. Do you have some pictures you could post, either from other ladies or your own love corner? Thanks! P.S. It's taken me a bit, but I've really come a long ways from my ball-busting ways to shifting down into feminine energy. Thank you so much for all your amazing teaching tools, I have the 500 ways to talk to a man and the answer cards. You are a gem Adrienne!!💖
I’m so happy you’re here! If you have any of my courses the VIP library has a free ebook on this. Also my Facebook group has the hashtag #lovecorner If you want one on one support consider joining my private membership group. 💞diamondgirl.me/group
I absolutely do the less is more and I am very happy not to have a bunch of stuff in my apartment. I only buy books for bible study & I borrow books from the public library. I never buy stuff unless I will use it, same with clothing I have a color plate (Blue in all colors is my number one, then there is red & pink) and I only buy clothes that can go with every thing I own. I wear a uniform for my two jobs, and to help keep my vintage 1940s-1960s style up I do my vintage Marilyn Monroe hairdo every day and when I cannot I still do my hair in a 1940s lady pomp with a low ponytail secured with a hair clip, and I wear a light touch of make up or I will just wear lipstick in pink or red.
Adrienne, can you do some videos on being feminine while being a mom? I learned to be in my feminine and have a man, but now that I'm a mom, it's right back to masculine and my relationship is struggling
Great question! It’s actually very much similar. Knowing when to lean back, have boundaries, respectful conversations, soft conversation and getting them to problem solve. Feel free to email me with suggestions. 🥰
@AdrienneEverheart But it's very hard to be on our feminine energy, as single parents because we're both mom & dad. I'm the supporter financially, the fixer, the planner & doer, the protector. It's hard being the mom & dad, woman & man, but needing to be in my femine for my man. How's a single parent-mom & dad and sole provider , supposed to activate just feminine energy for our men?
@sarahpillow9145 your kids come first. You may need to postpone your dating life until they're old enough to do things for themselves. That's why it's better to vet a man properly and get the marriage under wraps before you have kids.
My inner girl loves to fly a kite and swing on the swings, thankfully my apartment complex has a swing set, YAY, playing Uno card game by myself, and I like to dance.
I’m really struggling with feminine energy right now because there is literally no place in my life where I am allowed to have it. I’m 39 and single, I work full time and then I come home to take care of my mother who needs help with almost everything. It’s burning me out and kind of breaking my heart and I’m not sure how to change it..I’m very stuck.
I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I’m sending you love. Here’s a few ideas: change your mindset “I am feminine in everything I do and say.” Remember no one controls your thoughts but lovely you. 2. Move slowly and delicately. Smile. Be warm. See how this feels to listen more and do less. 3. Be in your body! Just knowing what you feel matters. You are not your mothers caretaker. Move far away if you need to. She has to figure out her own situation. It's not selfish to put yourself first. You have no boundaries in place that's why you feel like this. Do something for yourself for once.
It's all good advice but what if we don't live together ? When in fact he still lives with his Mom & he's in his late 5O's . I'm in my early 50's & have been living on my own since I was 17 years old . Any advice would be helpful .
It all depends on how you feel about it. Do you like that he lives with his mom? Or does it bother you? Do you prefer to live alone or do you want to live with him? And if this man can't give you what you want, find someone else. I actually knew a married couple (she recently passed) together thirty years, who never lived together. He lived with his mom who was financially dependent on him, and originally she was raising children from a previous marriage and didn't want to move a new man into her home. There's actually no law that says married people have to live together.
I agree about living together- it’s not always necessary. You can still practice these tools. Aim for quality time. I suggest Femm Tools for Dating bit.ly/femmtools
