- Get ready for a delightful journey back in time with interior designer Darren Henault as he guides us through the opulent Gilded Age apartment on Fifth Avenue that he and his family currently rent.
The Edward J. Berwind House, a grand mansion on the Upper East Side of New York City, was built in 1886 for coal magnate Edward J. Berwind. It housed the American Heart Association's headquarters until 1978, after which it was transformed back into residential quarters, complete with an added penthouse.
