I had my 1st sitting yesterday and they gave me local anaesthesia which didn't work at all. Then the doctor gave me anaesthesia three times, still I wasn't able to stand the pain. Then she took me to surgery section where they gave me high dose of anaesthesia which then made my procedure painless. After hearing this, I'm very concerned about my 2nd sitting. The first sitting itself was horrible for me. I pray I can stand the second one.
How was your 2nd sitting? My first sitting was done yesterday and it was painless only the injection feel little bit pain but I m afraid for 2nd sitting ...... Is it painfull

Anaesthesia is administered in most of the cases. If you are feeling pain during the procedure then you can request your Dentist to administer Anesthesia. The Dentist will take decision as per your condition.
I did canal prep placed Calcium hydroxide and cavit filling and reappointed her for obduration but she has pain now .Is that normal? Ps its my first rct

I m too suffering with same problem. And feeling if doctor is good or not. But actually it is painful process. I too have so much pain after 1st and 2nd sitting . Doctor told me to take painkiller only for 1 day but i have to take it for 4 days 3 times daily. Till next sitting. Oh God.
@@thecaaspirant2562 no after having so much patience now there is no pain. Different people's body take different time to heal it. If someone is going through any treatment take healthy food, fruits etc in solid or liquid form but must take.. we always ignore it and depends on medicine.

Ans is no..files do not play any part in brittleness of the tooth if done properly infact as a whole root canal treatment make the tooth brittle coz of dehydration and loss of moisture that is why crown is mandatory not optional for longivity of tooth..so padhai karo

Hello sir.. after access opening I had placed arsenic free pulp devitalizer.. but it seems that thr was perforation in the furcation area and the pulp devitalizer leaked through it.. patient complaint of pain for few days.. it's one month now the pt has grade 1 mobilty of the adjacent tooth and now pain while biting... thr is no clinical redness or abnormalities as such... First few days I could see a little bit a dried white gums.. I'm assumming necrosis would b blackish in colour. But this was whitish.. I removed it .. sir what should I do. Is this a cause of concern in the long term...

How can we know if we have a additional canal any tips?

Sir i am going through RCT, but after 2nd sitting which i hv done day before, i feel pain in tooth from inner side (left upper side 7th tooth), when i press even softly, plz advice any remedy?
How strong is the pain??? Wait for a week and see if it still continues then go to your dentist.

Hello sir.. after access opening I had placed arsenic free pulp devitalizer.. but it seems that thr was perforation in the furcation area and the pulp devitalizer leaked through it.. patient complaint of pain for few days.. it's one month now the pt has grade 1 mobilty of the adjacent tooth and now pain while biting... thr is no clinical redness or abnormalities as such... First few days I could see a little bit a dried white gums.. I'm assumming necrosis would b blackish in colour. But this was whitish.. I removed it .. sir what should I do. Is this a cause of concern in the long term...
