Good morning Dr I have tooth extraction before 40days back stitches cut gye 15 days before but recently l feel some pain and some white thing in my khali socket and some swelling is there what reason can be their I m from mumbai pls suggest me .
I taken ect first sitting on mar 5 and I have second sitting on mar 26 but due to corona I am unable to go treatment in that tooth I am felling small cavity. If treatment is late any problem occur?
My dentist has done rct even when I'm not in pain he just suddenly taken out my amalgam filling and blood comes out of my teeth molar and put cotton for 2-3 days and after 2 3 days he said that rct Karna padega then he done it and after some time I got pain in that so I gone to ather dentist for check up of this so that dentist tell me that u have swelling in a canal so what to do now I should do case against dentist or move for further treatment of the problem
Sir maine rct karwayi multiple sitting ab doctor ne sirf filling kari hai or 1 month hone wala hai chew krne par pain hora hai or doctor capping ke liye keh rhe hai jab pain khatam ho jayega tab capping hogi
Hello doc last week I removed my wisdom tooth by surgical procedure .. which very painfully removed as doctor also give me local aesthetic injunction but during the cutting of thooth was very painful doc said that is it because painkiller doest effect on pulp .. is it true ?
Asalamoalykum. Can you kindly clarify where you learned that root canals should be left open for 24hrs (in case of infected tooth)? As far as I can recall, I heard my seniors say this but the books don't seem to support this concept and it's stated that leaving the canals open increase the chances of reinfection. Kindly, elaborate...
@@Saidentalvlogs Even in this case, it's often stated that the weeping canal(s) should be left for some time while the patient waits in the clinic. Once the weeping has subsided, the canal should be lined with an antiseptic and cavity filled with temporary filling before sending the patient home.

because calcium hydroxide is an intracanal medicament soo whenever its gets periapically it causes pain ..... reason is over instrumentation of canal

if u want to leave canal open then u should use good irrigation protocol hydrogen peroxide irrigation is necessary
