Sir pls tell me one thing..if we take working length 20 mm with 10 no k file then should we use all three consecutive files of 15 number 20number and 25 number up to 20mm only ...or either we should use all three consecutive files 1 mm of short of apex i.e if number 10 upto 20mm then number 15 upto 19 mm and number 20 upto 18mm Nd number 25 upto 17mm....then will number 25 be master apical file??

Sometimes we preapre with 25/4% file till say 20 mm length but on using 25/4% GP. GP goes beyond apex.
File is loose till 20mm manually but GP goes beyond 20mm.
What's the reason for that and how to correct or prevent that(I generally cut GP from apical end to compensate,is it right.?)
