You are doing the expected. You need to have a feel of the place before you buy. Good to buy much later.. However I see rents are super expensive, so it best to invest the money in your own property in the future. You define that future. Thank you for your videos. I'm moving and using your videos as a guide. Please do some videos on transportation for those who won't drive immediately arriving in Dubai
Thanks for your thoughts. We don’t see the rents as expensive here in comparison to where we lived in London and the value you get for what you pay. However I appreciate this is our perspective from where we came from. We are keen on property, but not so concerned at this stage on whether property we own is property that we choose to live in. However this is what we feel is right for us at this time.
