- Today I travel back to Valhalla Provincial Park to hike overnight in the mountains. Instead of going solo, I am joined by my mom. Unfortunately Gwillim Lakes is not dog friendly.
A six hour drive from Kelowna, we got to basecamp late Friday night and spent the next 24 hours wild camping, swimming in alpine water and living off of coffee and mr. noodles.

Spectacular views. And the lake part was really great, especially when the shadow of the mountains appears on the lake.
wow
Swimming on the top of the mountains, 🍁👍
amazing,incredible view!
Madison….another fine video. You are such a good photographer and editor. So nice to see you take off on your days off and get out and hike. You need to get rid of that low clearance Subaru and get perhaps a lifted Jeep Wrangler. I drive my friends Subaru sometimes and do not like them at all. I have a full size 2018 Chevrolet 4X4 truck and love it. I know you have thought about something with more clearance. Keep the beautiful videos coming. Thanks for sharing.
It was amazing 👍👍
Тот случай, когда не знаешь кем и чем больше восторгаться, красивой девушкой или красивыми пейзажами. В любом случае ей огромное спасибо, за её работу.

I just found these video's, you are living my dream. But as a European, these places are a little harder to visit. I do have dreams of visiting (and staying?) In Canada.
Thanks for sharing!! I’m a Madison living in Kelowna too ☺️ I’m hoping to do Gimli Ridge solo this September but I’m worried about breaking down alone on the bumpy road in…how was the condition of the road and were you comfortable doing the FSR drive solo??
You can do it! A Honda civic passed me lol but I’d definitely recommend some clearance. There’s lots of people there on the weekends if you get into trouble!
@@MadisonClysdalee thanks so much! Maybe see you around on some hiking trails! I’m an Ontario import and always looking for new hiking buddies in the Kelowna area!
How do you find parks to go to? I’m trying to get out myself but I have no clue where to look in Ontario or the country in general
Just a beginners question, do you need to filter the water of these mountain lakes?
Por Q Pine!

They don't have parks like this in Ohio.
Madison, what program do you use to edit? Davinci? What is your camera? you have inspired me to get my butt outdoors and not worry about work so much. :) thank you.
