Shaun’s Y62 CHOP Build

5 years of dreaming, 6 months in the planning, 2 months build time, Shaun’s DMW chopped 62 has been designed and built just the way he wanted. At 4x4 DNA we were privileged with taking on the task, here is how it went 💯👌

Awesome rig, wow - thats how you tour. Long term are these lithium under the bonnet going to perform? Seems unnecessary risk with the 100A in the back....??

I’m dumbfounded to the reason why your new Y62’s still have the TA60 Armada center dash technology! We have had the new 12” touch screen here in the US for a while now with wireless CarPlay. Maybe it can’t handle the rough Aussie roads!?

Being a Ti-L How were the front recovery points done out of interest?
Hitting a bunch of road blocks to get some done.

People have used nutserts to get around it but I'm not to keen on a few ton loading up on them 🥴

Oh sorry, it’s the non lithium version so it cuts out at 12.8v
