It's a bit more complicated than this but it is not made clear. The wife let the husband physically abuse their daughter (and possibly sexually, based on his creepy wink to the wife in the police station) And she did nothing. Hoffman punched the husband in the face and it was covered up. The wife refused to do anything, yes shes an abuse victim but as a daughter of a mother who also enabled abuse, she is just as bad as the husband, but capable of being redeemed. She's tested to see if she can choose life and her daughter over the POS child and woman beating husband

Ive been watching a lot of true crime videos and seriously the amount of incompetance from tbe detectives and police is staggaring. Like sometimes they just dont care to check something out and that ends with the killer getting away or someone dying. The worst will always be that poor 14 year old boy who was returned to jeffrey dahmer.
I like how this man is making it seem so easy by explaining what to do step-by-step but if you were in the situation you not know what the hell to do he would be under so much stress.
I watching that movie at night by myself home alone during a thunderstorm and I live out in the middle of fucking nowhere I didn’t sleep I thought it was a crime movie
I feel like if the victim's will to live is a big role in the traps, John would probably understand and let it slide if someone outsmarted his traps, considering it would take motivation for someone to use so much of their brain knowledge and escape the trap.
In the first movie one of the victims tried to fake his death to get out of it and John just electrocuted him. And it was a specific case where will to live was part of it. Dude just ain't real fair.
@TheWilderCat that one always bothered me. Adam did nothing deserving of being in a trap and the worst part was he wasn't given a proper chance to escape due to how his game was set up.
you should rlly do a movie called Awake: it is a movie when the whole world can't fall asleep, and only some people can fall asleep. So I won't spoil it but it is totally worth watching.
Normally everybody hates on Jeff or Bobby. Personally I despise Rigg. He knows the criminal he's dealing with and doesn't even attempt to think about the situation. Not only that he's one of the lucky few who isn't bound by a distance triggered device and could easily get help. There's a big difference between obsession and incompetents. If he really wanted to save anyone (especially Eric) he would've called for back up and thought things through. To me he wasn't obsessed with saving everyone. Just his colleagues. At least when it came to Jeff he was reluctant to save anyone because of his rage and grief and Bobby did all he could to save his friends and wife. Rigg feels like he was written to be a brainless meat head.
The thing especially with Jeff is that as an audience member, yeah he's being slow as hell and making bad decisions, but these are people that Jeff sees as wronging him, so no crap Jeff is gonna be reluctant to help them
most likely they both have a similar sleep schedule or they live in the same area and just upload when the video is done but the problem is that nerd obviously takes a lot longer to make videos so that sorta kinda eliminates my theory but not completely how ever after putting way too much thought into this I've come to the conclusion that it's most likely just a coincidence
She didn't need to get the last rod out. She was free to go, so she could just leave the other rods in her body, and just pull them out of the husband.
@Oriana Ng or she could just pull out a single one, and wait for him to bleed out. It might have taken a bit longer, but it's not like she was going anywhere.
To trap no. 1: Even in your mouth is sewn shut you definitely should be able to communicate. His lips arent forced together completely as you can See in the Video and thats more than enough to talk properly. Try it by yourself, ist works!
27:58 You have one round, I personally would have shot one of the ice blocks above. Getting hit with an ice block that size at that speed would most likely result in a concussion, but you would ultimately live as long as you aren't tensed up. Giving me the gun would have been a clue that someone was close by to open the door, and that means I most likely wouldn't die from my injuries.
The actual best use of that single bullet is to shoot the window near the door. Riggs would've stopped before entering, buying you enough time to shout through the hole in the window what your situation is. Riggs would wait long enough to think about leaving you alone before stupidly rushing into save you like the braindead clown he is, but the time he will have spent thinking about it will let the timer run out, and you'll survive.
I think if you're done with the Saw - How to Beat Traps - Series you should do an "How to FBI/Police" video where you explain how the officers and agents could have stopped Jigsaw or how they could have been more competent in general xD
Day 1: I’d really like to see you cover “You’re Next” it’d be nice to see if Eren could have done anything better or if any of the family could have survived. Also it’d be a breath of fresh air from watching people make stupid decisions.
I think that the tougher traps are the ones where someone else is getting tortured and you have to save them. If Jigsaw had captured an ISIS terrorist and I was tasked to rescue them, I'm not sure I'd be willing to rescue them but I think the trauma of seeing a person being murdered would probably make me think twice.
Always save them. What if you find out that the “isis member” was just a boy forced into the business. Unless you have had to make that kind of decision there’s really no room to judge.
@@shaunakkulkarni4679 after all, that's exactly why everyone is supposed to be innocent until PROVEN guilty; that is you don't consider them guilty even if it seems pretty obvious they are, and they will only be considered guilty when there's supporting evidence to indicate so. So, yes, you'd have to save them. Unless Jigsaw makes you chose between people and he tells you who they are.
My theory is that Rigg's game was unbeatable, and that Eric and Blank would have died no matter WHAT when the timer hit zero. The whole test is just a plot to make it LOOK like Rigg failed his game and got everyone killed, even if that didn't end up happening. Things just conveniently went Hoffman's way and he didn't have to bust out Plan B. He would have survived either way, but if the cops got to him before the game failed, he could have pretended to be an innocent Jigsaw victim (CSI would probably find out that his electric chair trap wouldn't have killed him, and it would look suspicious, but there's nothing else tying Hoffman to Jigsaw and there's way more evidence implicating Rigg if he survived). I can only assume Hoffman came strapped, and was ready to murder Rigg himself (and maybe Blank too) if Rigg hadn't gotten shot by Eric.
Y'know, when these are broken down like this, I realize just how much of a Chaos God Jigsaw really is... or this movie just doesn't make much sense lol
They're basically just torture porn and far away from smart movies. The first one was quite interesting because of the premise, but after that it got stale quickly and jumped from one violent death to the next.
That one is one of the worst. A lot of the saw traps seem to be so violent that the victim just bleeds out really fast and doesn’t really feel too much pain.
The morality in these movies is so stupid but nobody talks about how progressive these movies are for hiring mentally challenged writers. Less sarcastically though, I'm baffled that the main game is for a guy who's apparent flaw is wanting to help people who might die and uhh... going through doors too quickly. Should jigsaw capture serial killers, corrupted people in positions of power who take advantage of others, sociopaths who consistently hurt people, or something else to that degree for the main game? Nah, this law abiding cop deserves to be traumatized and set up for murders because he wants to save people. Yeah, there was that small game for the rapist but that's such a minute part in the grand scheme of the 9 (?) Saw movies that most people probably forgot about it. EDIT: These movies have so many plot holes and conveniences that I think it's more of black plot hole. A plot hole or a million so strong that not even logic and thinking for more than half a second can escape.
I'm a big fan of the ''ayo you stole like $3.56 and a paperclip from some random old hag I have no affiliation with in a dark allyway who then had a heart attack and you didn't do much about it so I injected you with a lethal toxin and mixed the antidote with a few syringes filled with acid. Hope you know how much change you got that night down to the very cent because otherwise you're pretty screwed lol'' gauntlet. These movies are dumb fun, but it could've been pretty good if Jigsaw only went after the worst of the worst. Edit: Didn't they introduce the idea that his brain tumor made him more of a nutjob than he already was in one of the movies? Flimsy plot point but it's something I guess
I mean it was Hoffman who set up Rigg's game & they're in the same department. If Rigg's too good at his job, Hoffman's fucked. So it makes sense in Hoffman's mind to make it where if Rigg did the same things he did on duty & just gung-ho, they would have consequences. It was never about him testing Rigg because he didn't cherish his life or needed rehabilitation, Hoffman just wanted him out of the picture. Same with most of the cops in these movies.
I'm not gonna make a big effort in respoding but I agree with you in the most critical points: There are a lot of plot holes but I think this is rather common for movies which include such "elaborate plans" - however, it could be improved a lot! Also, the morality seems off in another very important regard: If I remember correctly, Jigsaw didn't give a fuck hurting and sometimes even killing rather (can't really say truly cuz Jigsaw would get me for this expression) innocent people - if I remember correctly, some policemen who just ambushed a building in order to catch Jigsaw - so simply doing their job - were led in a trap and severly hurt (if not killed - I'm not sure anymore so you can definitely tell me what exactly happened if you want). In accordance to Jigsaws morality he could stop them from finding him (because he is of the belief that he is a good person and doing deeds for society). However, he should never be able to even lay a hand on them - protecting the innocent should be his highest priority considering his morals. In this part of the movie series I disagree though. Here Hoffman set all this up and clearly has an alterior motive than Jigsaw, thus is not representative for Jigsaws morality. His goal is staying undetected, whatever the cost, which leads to killing other detectives and key persons in his department. In this case, Hoffman just draws a flaw out of nothing.
Im a fan of the Saw series but they could start innovating with their stories some more. I dont really care who or how much of a criminal the victim is. But it is a bonus if it played with the audience's hearts.
@@INFINITY_99 to answer the part from the first Saw movie I know what you're talking about. Detective Tapp and the Asian guy whose name I can't remember found Jigsaw's hideout and are chasing him down. He leads them down a hallway that has a trip wire. The Asian guy didn't see it and activates it which pulls the trigger on a hidden shotgun that blasts his face off and of course, dies. I think his logic here was supposed to be that anyone trying to catch him was getting in the way or his work of """""""""rehabilitation"""""""""" so he just HaD to kill them. In the first Saw it might been implied that Jigsaw thought he was doing good but was still a crazy manslaughtering lunatic, but the later movies AND interviews with the actors solidified that you really were supposed to think that Jigsaw was trying to help people. I also think I know which line you're talking about innocent people as well. Idr which movie, either 4 or 5, with the pendulum swinging trap opening of the movie. The guy technically won the game but the trap kept going anyways, showing it was actually just to kill and torture him regardless. It's revealed later that this was Hoffman's trap he made by himself trying to copycat the jigsaw killings. Jigsaw finds out who "besmirched" his super upstanding moral code (lol), kidnapped Hoffman and told him "KILLING IS DISTASTEFUL". That is the quote word for word i swear to god. And the first time I heard that line I burst out laughing. He also recruits Hoffman right after this to help him, so yeah. I think I covered what you were talking about.
Been watching these for a while now, I don’t see how you don’t have more subscribers or more recognition. You put a lot of work into these and deserve recognition.
"Pimping doesn't carry that steep of sentence." Sadly. In an ideal world human traffickers and rapists would get the same harsh punishment as a serial killer since they ruin countless lives.
Correction: The head is a highly and densely packed area when it comes to blood flow. Scalping will lead to losing a lot of blood. Also the blood vessels at the head area do not constrict, so serious bleeding is an issue and required pressure and attention to fix.
That's not a cassette PLAYER but a tape recorder, they were still used in the late 2000's as the transition towards digital was firing up, not necessarily by snobs, but people who didn't have the means to own digital products just yet. I was definitely still listening to cassette tapes in 2007, not as my main media, but because I owned a lot of them still and couldn't afford CDs or a CD player. I'd be just as shocked as you to see one in the year 2021 if I didn't know people who still use this technology, like my elderly neighbor.
I didn't know it wasn't still really common to listen to cassettes in 2007, that's all we listened to. We had some CDs but it was largely cassettes and VHS tapes for movies and recorded shows.
That was the consequence for the Morgan test. The fact that he didn’t help her with the fact that he did not let Eric go. Eric had to help him self but he didn’t
I kinda want a ridiculous crossover like the expendables but with famous horror villains Imagine jigsaw having a massive game with freddy, jason, chucky,Michael Myers etc at his disposal instead of just pigmask
That would be cool to see, but do not underestimate pigmask. She came from absolute nowhere in the third movie (when she captured the one for the angel trap).
Working around lots of industrial equipment and power tools and seeing how randomly and spectacularly they can fail takes some of the luster out of the Saw series. Like some of his mechanical traps can probably be defeated by just racking them pretty good to the side.
This was when this movie series stopped making sense completely. Like why is that officer in the trap? Because he's willing to break protocol and he wants to try and save everyone? I get that this isn't smart but why is this something he deserves to be in this trap for? Because he's not that smart but wants to help people.... what?
No remorse for Riggs. A lot of us know at least one person who loves jumping to conclusions with that ol' _ready, fire, aim_ mindset. They are chaos incarnate.

Well I’m not judging you - but if you’ve done these things then you’re a liar, thief, blasphemer and adulterer-at-heart; that’s how seriously God takes sin. He is Holy (perfectly good/righteous and separate from sin) which means that H e is perfect in justice - and if He were to judge you by the moral law (we’ve already looked at 4 commandments) would you be innocent or guilty? Heaven or H***? The answer is h*** - the wrath of God upon you for your sin. Is that concerning?
But fortunately, God’s will is not that you perish. He wants all men everywhere to be saved. So do you know what He did for us guilty sinners? In self-giving mercy, He sent His Son Jesus Christ. He lived the perfect life that we should have lived - tempted at all points and yet He NEVER sinned. Through His life, being in very nature God, He revealed God to men; but we in our hatred condemned Him to death. On that cross as Jesus suffered, He took on the sin of the world and was judged in our place; receiving God’s wrath. You and I broke God’s law, but Jesus paid the fine. God can justly forgive us.
On that cross He died, then He was buried, but 3 days later He was raised from the dead - conquering death and H*** and ushering in The Kingdom of God. He then ascended to the right hand of God the Father (where He came from) now Lord of the living and the dead. God has fixed a date when He will judge the world in righteousness. What you need to do is repent (In humility, acknowledge your sin before God and turn to a relationship with Him) and trust ALONE in Jesus Christ and His work on the cross; and God will grant you the gift of the Holy Spirit. Then be baptised.
When you place your trust in Jesus - the Lord and Saviour - these things will happen:
1) God will forgive the sins that you have committed; they were paid for by Jesus at the cross.
2) The perfect life that Jesus lived will be credited to you. He will find you holy and blameless on judgement day (and now), as Christ’s righteousness covers you.
3) You receive a place in Christ’s kingdom as an adopted child of God. God becomes your Father. Eternal life isn’t just about living forever, but a personal relationship with God Himself. That life can start now; The Father will reveal Himself to you if you seek Him.
4) God doesn’t just save you from the penalty of your sin (H***). He can save you from the power of sin itself. Whoever practices sin is a slave of sin; but when you repent and believe the gospel [WHICH HAS BEEN DESCRIBED] the Holy Spirit comes to dwell in you and sanctify you (working in you to further abandon sin and turn to the will of God). When the end of the age comes, and eternity begins, this work will be brought to completion as you are finally freed from the presence of sin.

“If you find yourself in a situation and say give me time to explain and your captor says ‘Time is an illusion,’ YOU. ARE. FUCKED.” 😂
JIGSAW: I want to play a game.
This guy: No, I want to play a game with YOU.
*Raid: Shadow Legends*
SAW:Raid shadow Legends a movie so Good even God watches it
Instead of Saw this series should be called IPF: incompetent police force
0:30 that transition to the ad was art
I’m convinced that everyone is the saw universe has brain damage
Been watching these for a while now, I don’t see how you don’t have more subscribers or more recognition. You put a lot of work into these and deserve recognition.
"Pimping doesn't carry that steep of sentence."
Sadly. In an ideal world human traffickers and rapists would get the same harsh punishment as a serial killer since they ruin countless lives.
Agreed entirely.
A pimp is no human trafficker
@@cloudiiblossom not really "full consent" as the prostitutes themselves are usually desperate and are taken advantage of
@@prasentiadei9182 still human trash though
Then they would have nothing to loose and everything to win if they kill their victims. One less witness, same sentence if caught.
*double dips chip at a party
Jigsaw: “Your greed has molded you into something unrecognizable”
Underrated 😂😂
Real talk, how TF did he swallow a cassette tape? Shouldn't it have gotten stuck?
Maybe he has a throat of a fuckin Dinosaur
Maybe he's avian?!?! xD
It had wax
@@godofgames0947 or maybe it wasn't a Cassette tape Maybe it was butter that somehow looked like a tape
@@snooze2699 well it was a cassette tape you putted wax on it to make it slip through the esophagus easily
So essentially you beat it by not doing anything....
**Me right now intensifies.*
He would change it so you have to do something
I got the image in my head of a lazy guy in a recliner but now its buzzing and looks distorted as it "intensifies".
I feel like pressing both of the buttons at the same time would be the best way to go about the eyeicle trap, if you had to press the buttons
Correction: The head is a highly and densely packed area when it comes to blood flow. Scalping will lead to losing a lot of blood. Also the blood vessels at the head area do not constrict, so serious bleeding is an issue and required pressure and attention to fix.
I think that a cool video could be "how to beat the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park"
It could work and there are a lot of movies to choose
Yes
Just. Shut up………
@@NamiNuitsuki same here
Im 26 now but way back in 2013 I was still using an old Walkman
What movie did John swallow a tape?
The answer to your question is: Jigsaw has ALL the cassette recorders.
"I wanna play a game"
"Then all you need is Raid:Shadow legends and its addicting pvp battles...."
I swear to God, its always a good day when nerd explains releases a new video.
That was the consequence for the Morgan test. The fact that he didn’t help her with the fact that he did not let Eric go. Eric had to help him self but he didn’t
I kinda want a ridiculous crossover like the expendables but with famous horror villains
Imagine jigsaw having a massive game with freddy, jason, chucky,Michael Myers etc at his disposal instead of just pigmask
That would be cool to see, but do not underestimate pigmask. She came from absolute nowhere in the third movie (when she captured the one for the angel trap).
I would love to see a bunch of nerds and engineers against these traps.
I didn't feel bad for the fat guy though
Was totally on Jigsaws side there
Wait why? Srry I’m dumb.

Saw* I want to play a game*
Me: Play with someone else.
Movie: FIN
Working around lots of industrial equipment and power tools and seeing how randomly and spectacularly they can fail takes some of the luster out of the Saw series.
Like some of his mechanical traps can probably be defeated by just racking them pretty good to the side.
This guy really doesn’t understand that all the bloody and detailed content might lead to TH-cam doing something unthinkable
Lmao unthinkable 😆 sounds like you're the kind of person TH-cam needs to protect from these videos 😆 😆 😆 calm your soft @$$ down
He knows, he's just the kind of guy that doesn't care what TH-cam thinks
He will be fine until he says a joke against the alphabet mob... then... cancel hammer
It feels so weird to be addicted to series like this. MORE I DEMAND MORE OF THESE VIDEOS ASAP 😂🤣
Ikr
This was when this movie series stopped making sense completely. Like why is that officer in the trap? Because he's willing to break protocol and he wants to try and save everyone? I get that this isn't smart but why is this something he deserves to be in this trap for? Because he's not that smart but wants to help people.... what?
How to beat Chris McLean and Total Drama Island
Jigsaw: “Wonna play a game😈”
Me: “no😅”
Jigsaw ”😧😐understandable, have a great day”
im just addicted now
this series is amazing
keep it up : )
No remorse for Riggs. A lot of us know at least one person who loves jumping to conclusions with that ol' _ready, fire, aim_ mindset. They are chaos incarnate.
That Rush Hour clip was chef's kiss perfect.
