If you want to do a vibrato for any kind of instrument it'd be better to do it in the modulation section of the piano roll but it takes a little hard work to actually draw those modulation with mouse ....

I tried it with a FM7 vst and it didnt do the vibrato. I wish there was a way to use vibrato through the Mixer in effects.
