    I was indirectly fired recently. My boss told my coworker to tell me not to come back after lunch. Indirectly fired.
    Great video, thank you. If I didn’t have one of these in my house I would have no idea how it worked.

    Do you have any experience with the Thermo 2000 TurboMax Systems? They seem to be like having an Indirect Hot Water System on Steroids.....Just wondering what your thoughts are on them.

    I know this is more efficient for me during the winter, but what about the summer when boiler usually isn’t on. Will I use less gas by boiler or gas water heater in summer?

      Turn it off

      @@nathankelly94Turn what off? If you turn the boiler off you will simply have no hot water.

    Boiler has to run all summer too

      I honestly think that’s good for the boiler, though. It doesn’t have to be as hot as it is in the winter, so it runs infrequently. I think the more cold starts the more chance of expansion and contractions and the block cracking. But maybe that’s a wife’s tale

    I Have My Phase 3 Trangle Tube Indirect Hot Water Heater 37 Years. It Still Works Fine.

    Does it have a marine grade stainless steel tank and still only last 20 years?

  • @jcaleca60
    @jcaleca60 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    But if your heat goes out you'll lose the hot water too With the separate gas water heater that would not happen 😒

    is there a expansion tank for water heater also

    do you still need to flush the indirect water heater like other regular water heater ?

    • @bricknboxer
      @bricknboxer 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you still need to flush sediment from the bottom of the water heater. And if the tank has an anode rod it should be inspected every couple of years.

      @lukewise777 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's said instead of flushing the whole tank, u can flush a few gallons. An anode rode of magnesium or aluminum comes in water heaters. Aluminum may be the better. But consult a plumber!
