About today's video:
In this video, I went over the storyline of Nacht Der Untoten. The kronorium only has a small paragraph talking about Nacht der untoten and its role in the zombies storyline. This is what it says:
"June 4th, 1945 - An allied plane malfunctions over an airfield and crashes. German army trucks, transporting the undead and element 115 between Group 935 facilities are struck in the crash. Marines surviving the crash hold out against the undead as long as they can"
Yes, I did exaggerate a little bit about the part where the soldiers were shooting as they were running toward the building. The World at War maps in cod zombies don't have huge stories especially because I doubt the creators at that time knew zombies would blow up the way it did. So I will exaggerate some parts in the first few maps. I thought it deserves a better story than that. And this doesn't even explain how or why the zombies were there in the first place. I feel like even if the soldiers that died there were unknown they at least deserved to be remembered. By the way, I know that the character models in Nacht and Verruckt are the same but the kronorium does say that they're different people and that the Nacht soldiers died. - เกม

Wow that’s actually a depressing ending for the Marines
Plot twist. The entire zombies storyline is just the Marines going crazy after bonking their noggins in the crash 😂

Not to be "that guy" but the marines actually survived till morning at least as evidenced by a radio message from dr monty in the black ops three remaster of nacht but not to say this video is bad or anything like that its extremely well done

They were still captured by Richtofen so they definitely died soon after
Also I think that since none of the marines you play as are wearing traditional pilot outfits they had back then that there were maybe 6 people on the plane but both the pilots died during the crash and the 4 survivors are the marines we play as
I used to have this dream as a kid that at the end of nacht der untoten, a German soldier would ride up in a truck to the front of nacht to save the 4 marines. Now that im thinking about it, it kind of makes sense a little. German soldier himself probably just escaped from zombies, heard gunshots close by and came into help, at that point it didnt matter if he was a german, he was alive. I like to think they got away and made it to the asylum, and the german died or left sometime before asylum.
You have a very good storytelling voice and tone you approach this with. Looking forward to seeing more stuff like this!

Pretty sure Group 935 still made them. It's only implied from Treyarch by one quote of Dempsey's in Classfied, where he said something like why tf did the us government bother re-creating the novas?

Nah. It's zombies in the containers in Kino. They have eyes unlike the novas. But yeah I'm still sure 935 made them.

the germans surrendered in May 9th so they would have no problem if they landed safely since it was allied airspace at that point.

Wat an interesting way to tell the story about the four marines.
Not to be “that guy” but the Wehrmacht actually surrendered almost a month before the events of Nacht so there would be no germans to come “arrest them” at all during the whole night. The marines also were confirmed to have survived the night as confirmed by a radio message in the Bo3 nacht remaster.

That goes for any zombies map. Knowing that your fighting an endless nightmare that goes on for eternity no end in sight. Your tired , exhausted, adrenaline and anxiety through the roof your heart pounding out of your chest fighting to survive desperately wishing for it to end but knowing there is no end the only ending you have is death that’s it no happy ending. Stuff like that would give you severe ptsd even nightmares and restless nights if you manage to escape that nightmare your in. Imagine if this could happen in real life it be scary. Rest in peace troopers you never fought alone 🇺🇸🫡 my brothers as we march into the valleys of the shadows of death into the endless battle of the undead we will avenge our fallen brothers in the dark aether see yall on the battlefield 🇺🇸🏴🫡

Good video but many mistakes. There was at least 5 marines which one dies in intro. And it's not wroCLAW, you can't read other countries Cities most of the time in English. It's sounds very bad. You read WROCŁAW with C like Cynthia or something not K Like in Claw

I like to personally think they stole one of the trucks out front and escaped because the trucks you can blow up and also it wouldnt make sense if the marines showed up in veruckt (with same character models) but correct me if im wrong

He is the only new model so my guess is the marines fought at nacht one marine dies they steal a truck get orders to go to veruckt (sanitorium) and the 3 other marines died and tank dempesy escapes some way or some way meets nikolai takeo and richtofen
Der Riese is german and is pronounced "Deah Reezeh" with a little different R than in english, try listening to it in google translate
