You start by making notes of them. Nothing superficially, but very deep notes, by understating them and doing and redoing them. You can do anything at your level exams then

Sir i have Alpha C Chiang for maths it is enough for mathematics economic or i want to by hammord
Hammond is better ,more concepts are given in that Alpha C Chiang is good for concept building but the level of questions are not up to the mark
Macroeconomics - Rudi Dornbusch and Stanley Fischer
is it good for iit jam or other exams ??

You may use NCERT examples to start with. And then quickly come to Hammond and start solving it
