    The Vornado has nano-streams of pure air ions blowing in synchronised and confluencial jets of Dyson-esque magic! 🐂 👍 Other fans blow the same air they did back in 1886!

    Vornado is all I buy and their customer support and warranty is exceptional! WELL worth it.

    As someone that owns all three brands, I'm a let you know right now that the Vornado fan is well worth every single cent.
    The other two brands are garbage.
    No R&D went into them.

    My small Honeywell turbo has been going nonstop in my bedroom for over 2 years. It’s definitely not as powerful as it was at first, but definitely a good fan!

    3 completely different fans. I’ve learned that Comfort Zone fans are only good for white noise and not much of anything else. Honeywells are great budget fans. For the price, they’re actually well built. My grandma has that same honeywell fan that’s about a decade old and its still running to this day. As for the Vornados. Huge fan of them. Yeah expensive but their customer service and warranty to me makes them worth it. I’ve had a Vornado 660 for about a year and still runs like day 1. A little dusty. I recently got a Vornado 6803 from Bed Bath and Beyond for my bedroom and I’m very happy with it.

      I agree these fans have nothing to do with each other. He should have gotten three fans,that were shaped like these and that functioned like these, he should have also made sure the fan blades were the same size,he should have also made sure each fan was made for the same sized room,granted, I just want a fan that puts the most air out,at the size of the Honey Well fan,motor size/room size doesn't necessarily matter,but the fan I'm looking for, for this specific location, should be the size of the Honey Well.
      The tiny fan/comfort fan shouldn't be more powerful than either of these fans,its tiny.

    I've been meaning to get a new fan for medium-sized room (essentially my home office) that will not occupy a lot of space but with get the job done circulating the uneven air in my room. Vornado sounds like the perfect fit! I just bought one off of Amazon, and your video helped seal the deal for me, so thanks! I can't wait to try it out!
    This global heat wave is sadly causing people to suffer. If we can get some of these great products in their hands thanks to reviews like yours, we can certainly help these folks, and at best, hopefully save a few lives. 🙂

    I am generally much more gentile with appliances of this sort. Slamming them around and forcefully ratcheting them tends to crack the plastic and make them wear out fast. I baby these types of things. It’s kind of like when I see people tossing food into their wagons in the supermarket. It irritates me.

    My little desk fan doesn't make much noise, but the vibration of it through the desk is so loud when you're in the room below it sounds like someones dropped hair clippers on the floor.
    One extra part to compare between them

    It would be nice to know the actual model numbers of these fans, especially the Vornado.
    Also, I would guess it's pronounced "Vor-NAY-do", to rhyme with 'tornado'? I mean why would you pronounce it 'Vornahdo'? When the whole point is it's riffing off of the word 'tornado'. ???
    Anyway, would appreciate the model number of the exact Vornado you reviewed here. Thanks.

    • @ale347baker
      @ale347baker 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In Spanish, as in most roman languages, you do pronounce it as Vornahdo. Tornado is also pronounced that way. So unless you only speak English, its the 2nd way to me.

    I'll take the vornado I've owned the other fans also. Vornado's quality and customer service has me sold. Btw vornado got thier name idea by combining the words vortex and tornado. I used to believe it was just all marketing gimmicks like a huge amount of things are these days until I started using their products years ago.

    Next time just take a piece of toilet paper and place it far away until you see each individual fan stop moving the piece of paper. Do the fans move air 20ft, 30ft away? Only one person here on YT has does it this way. Wish more reviewers would do the same. We want to know if these fans can move cold or hot air into other rooms far away.

      My big thing is that I camp in my SUV now, and the only way to fight condensation is circulating the air, so I'm looking for something to basically point at the ceiling and knock the air around. I hear so many stories about this version of the Honeywell not being as good as the other version that apparently worked flawlessly since the time of Edison that I'm probably doing way too much research. i'm still not spending $84 on a small fan, though, as per the Vornado price right now on Amazon.

      @@docwho10th88 I ended up ordering the small 133dc last night. I'm hoping it will work for the space, plus I'm running it off of a Jackery 240, and the fact that it runs 12.2W makes it more ideal than a larger one that sucks more juice and takes up more room. I believe the 533dc still runs at 40W which, based on Jackery's formula, would only run for about 5 hours before draining the power pack.

    It feels different because only the Vornado is a Directional Fan. The others shown are not directional, they are regular cheap fans that probably cost $25. Not much of a comparison. You can tell if the fan is directional by looking at the deep coned casing. A lot of those hybrid work fans made by Ridgid (and others) are also directional fans. I'd like to see someone compare an equally sized Vornado to one of those, especially since those work fans can also run on batteries for a long time if your power goes out.

  • @TravisCadello

    I have the Same vornado but it doesn’t move that much more then a regular Honeywell. Does feel different but not enough to justify $25 more expensive

    FYI Honeywell and Vornado are part of the same parent company. Intertek.

    • @alexandermoore2982
      @alexandermoore2982 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Intertek is just the testing agency that certifies that the fans are safe for sale in the U.S.
      Vornado Air is owned by ThreeSixty Group who also owns Sharper Image and FAO Schwarz. Honeywell fans are made by KAZ Incorporated which is a subsidiary of the company Helen of Troy that also owns OXO and Hydro Flask. Vornado and Honeywell fans are two completely different entities.
