She actually said I was lucky I was in the system because there is a 2 to 3 yr wait to be seen, even worse in North Wales, it is outrageous frankly. NHS is on its knees because of it and it is not fit for purpose. I had to privately to get a hip replaced which was diagnosed as completely eroded not bone spurs that the doctors told me the x ray , a private mri diagnosed it, my daughter paid for my treatment because she was able to afford it, otherwise it would of been a life in a wheelchair. If your over a certain age you are bottom of the pile that is a fact. God help us!
