@@WolfzVideo we also have big coyotes here in southeastern ohio the 17 remington has had no problems putting them down but ya want to go favorite the 220 swift 60gr sierra bank flop on coyotes
@@waynemayle865 ive hunted in arizona with a 17.. found them too light.. i havent shot a swift but im sure its the closest thing to a 22-250. Im shooting 50 and 55gr blitz kings and rarely get runners or exits
@@WolfzVideo the swift got a little bit more than the 22-250 I have both in ruger mkii heavy barrels the 225 winchester I also use is right at the heels of the 22-250 224 weatherby close second the 17rem with a 25gr berger or 30gr berger at 3800 or above has never been to light unless wind is a factor
Excellent advice - I agree 100% that the 22 Cals are great Cals for taking a yotes! 22250 is right up there as my fav Cal as well!!!
What about 40 gr out of a 204?
sorry for the delay. I had one.. 22250 hits way harder. I sold mine the same day I used it. 2250 is handsdown the best coyote pew pew made
17 remington 220 swift an 243 for me
only one can be the best... I know the 17rem is too light up here.. the other two are good choices...
