the same thing happens with my office mouse which has caused it to once normal 17. i think it happens because the switches broke, since you used it for butterfly clicking. i still don’t understand how it broke so quickly but hey, its an advantage if its not in your rmb like mine.

The way that hypixel stops this from being op is forcefully stopping you from getting hitreg if you click over 20 cps, now it's almost impossible for legit players to compete with antikb users because they do less damage.
On the topic of if double clicking is ok or not I just wanna say that every mouse can double click, like any mouse you can do the same thing and you can hear two/three clicks. The only difference is, some mice like the model o can register those clicks unlike others. In reality, I feel like using a mouse that dosnt register clicks IS an issue with the mouse.
This is I think like a (usually)glorious problem considering that both wube, rice and a lesser known youtuber zochiboi had issues with mice that used the glorious core software(but obv it’s not only glorious with double clicking issues this happened to me with my Kain 102, model d wireless(for a day) and starlight 12 phantom(for a day)

I think it is a concern that it broke this quickly, but one thing that should be taken into consideration is that glorious products have had this happen to them in the past and the problem was fixed. The build quality on Glorious mice improves as they make more batches. It’s usually in the first few batches where this issue arises and then, a few batches later, it’s resolved.

It's fair and not. By butterfying 20cps you won't get 40cps. It only registers if you're jittering or normal. I'd say it makes it kinda effortless and provided an advantage which inevitably will come if you have high fps and low ping.

Firstly, its something that every mouse on the face of earth can physically do, its just the manufacturer’s choosing to add a denounce to prevent it, so I cant see How its unfair if its a physical feature that everybody can abuse in one way or another, and if there is no rule against it how is unfair then. (Might just be bias due to me being a butterfly clicker tho ;) )

tutorial on how i did this with my d wireless: use an electric toothbrush on your mouse for about a minute, you should be getting about 100cps to 60cps (make sure the debounce time is set to 0) and it should work, but i dont advise doing this cause your basically breaking your mouse and making it unusable for anything else.

I know the argument that "it is not fair because some people don't have that kind of mouse, making it pay-to-win", but I don't think that is valid because better hardware does give advantages compared to worse hardware, and no one complains about it. For example, think of different price ranges of hardware for increased render distance, cps, ping, etc. No one ever says that it isn't fair for pay-to-win on those things (or even if they do, they don't say that we can only play with 10000 ping and a PC built in the year 1999 to make it fair), so why is that the case for doubleclicking mice? An even better example is that having a mouse at all gives you a huge advantage compared to someone on a trackpad, but we don't ban mice for that, even though this advantage is much greater than doubleclicking.

Something similar happened to my model o, normal clicks didn’t register well, and double clicks registered almost double. Made building a pvp a pain
try increasing your debounce time, higher debounce cancels most double-clicks

I think that’s totally fair, as a butterfly clicker I’m using a cause of low debounce time so why butterfly clickers can and jitter can’t?
