    Very clean installation. Wish this was not such an old video. Never seen a motor like that and the pin type clutch is cool.

      Thank you. Clutch is made standand tractor power output shaft parts from hardware store.

      There is also a brass-made screw "fuse". If motor runs into end by an accident, lighly tight screw gives up, and motor and gear is safe.

    Exactly what I would like to know. Motor with built in reverse and speed controller. But what is it please?

      @@Sera69FI Hi - great find. Many thanks. There are so many of these videos some of which look great but most lack in formation about the motor.I see that one is 500W and just 90rpm. Must be loads of torque. Thanks once again.

      Actually I don't know is that just similar motor. It's closest I could find. In my motor power is 45 watts.

      @@Sera69FI Is 45 watts enough power for an X axis feed? Is it 12V and about 4amps?

      It's 220V. Motor could handle pretty rough cuts. Maybe 45 w it not power. It could be some other value in label. 500 watts sounds more right. I think there are many almous similar motors.
